OUR STORY
Castle Keep started in Newport, Rhode Island in 1984 as a local property management company that assisted in the overall operations of condo management and personal investment properties. It successfully grew as a well-known establishment recognized for its attentiveness and assistance in operations.
In 2019, Douglas Smyth, local business owner, Asa Montgomery and Alyse Antone Smyth, Esq., purchased the company with goals and aspirations to invest in the economic future of their hometown. Their primary goal: Castle Keep becoming synonymous with first-class service and leading the property management industry in Newport, Rhode Island.
