Description

Seller has already paid to bring the sewer line down from Pippin Orchard Road and is available/ready to tie into Laten Knight Road.
CREATIVE OPTION TO PURCHASE CONTRACT AVAILABLE:
$4k per month option fee with 9 months upfront, and monthly thereafter, until the buyer exercises their option at any time during an 18-month term.
When buyer exercises their option, buyer will be able to use their accumulated payments (up to a maximum of $72k from the 18-month term) towards their down payment. Three (3) automatic extensions of two months each will be available.
If buyer cannot fulfill their option, buyer may get up to $50k back, but must relinquish ownership of all legal and engineering files, including but not limited to applications, designs, etc., over to the seller.
