About Me

Born in Lisbon, Portugal Cesar and his family moved to Newport, RI in 1985 where his parents found employment as a private cook and butler at a private mansion estate on Bellevue Avenue. During that time his next door neighbor was Doris Duke and across the street from the estate was Belcourt Castle. While living in the servants quarter of the property Cesar watched as his parents worked hard to provide a better life for their children and deliver first class service in their positions. The majority of Cesar’s life was living in Newport, RI and he graduated from Rogers High School and afterwards attended Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. There he earned an Associate’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management as well as a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management.

During and after graduation Cesar had worked in the Hotel Industry for 15 years working in a variety of positions leading me to move my way up to management and eventually becoming a General Manager. Most of these hotels delivered 4-5 star service with a high level of detail and professionalism in all areas. In this industry he also gained an ability to think proactively instead of being reactive when challenges come along.

In 2017 Cesar had made a decision to move on from the Hotel Industry and become a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Agent. He made this decision due to the fact that he has always had a strong desire to truly help and connect with people. Cesar enjoys the trust and responsibility that is needed in order to represent my clients and their needs.  In everything he does he does it with maximum effort, drive and high integrity. Since his start in real estate he has had several successful sales in Residential, Commercial Real Estate. He has sold everything from single family homes, multi family properties, commercial properties and vacant land. Whatever your real estate needs you can count on Cesar to get the job done!
