About Me

Asa Montgomery, Owner has over 25 years of professional experience in the property and carpentry field.  Asa grew up in Newport’s popular and diverse 5th Ward neighborhood, known for its blue-collared workers.  Married with three children, Asa worked at Newport’s Touro Synagogue for 20 years while raising his family.  As property and maintenance manager to the country’s oldest synagogue, Asa cultivated a deep appreciation for the historical importance to maintain and preserve the structural integrity and history of Newport, Rhode Island.  Asa also spent close to a decade maintaining Newport Historical Society’s historic properties on Aquidneck Island.  Throughout his tenure, he and his wife Lori owned and operated Montgomery Property Services for many years, providing cleaning & maintenance services to the local families of Newport, Rhode Island.  Over the past five years, Lori has taken the cleaning division of the business to new heights and developed Newport Cleaning Services LLC.
